Een avondje casino met het Gambler's menu als starter.
Als amuse kregen we gerookte forel met een coctailsausje en fijngesneden uitjes, gevolgd door canard à l'orange, rösti's en veldsla.
Lekker!

Good evening,
Tonight we went to the casino and started the evening with the Gambler's menu.
As an appetizer we received smoked trout with a coctail sauce and chopped onions followed by duck à l'orange, rösti's and some lettuce.
Yummy!
