• 400 gr chicken cubes
• 4 slices of pineapple (slices or cubes)
• 100 ml cream
• 25 ml coconut milk
• 1 or 2 tbsp (madras) curry powder
• 1 dl chicken stock
• 0.5 pc onion
• olive oil
• black pepper
• sea salt
• rice
