Hi,

You can mussels in lots of different ways. Mussels in cream, with white wine, Provençal, with Ricard..... Etc.... Or you can make them s natural as can be, the way I like them the most.

Ingredients (2p)

• 3 kg of mussels
• celery 
• onion
• dried spices : basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, bay leaf, garlic
• butter
• pepper
