Hi,

Inspired by Eatwell101, I made this delicious Garlic Butter Steak, Lemon Green Beans and Potatoes Skillet.

Ingredients (2p)

• 400 g green beans
• 400 g potatoes
• 125 ml water
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 400 g steak
• 1 tbsp hot sauce
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• some butter
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• pepper to taste
• fresh rosemary
• fresh thyme
• fresh parsley
• dried oregano
• some chiliflakes
• 125 ml beefstock
• juice of 1 lemon
