Hi,
These easy strawberry pies with puff pastry and whipped cream is a real summer dessert. They look beautiful, and they taste even better! The best part? They are made super fast! Ingredients (4 pies)

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 sheet of puff pastry
• a handfull of strawberries
• 200 ml whippable cream
• 1 tbsp of icing sugar
• 1 tbsp of apricot jam
