Hi,

The recipe for this Indian fish curry with salmon and spinach is highly recommended for anyone who loves Indian food.

Ingredients (2p)

• 2 x salmon
• 150 g spinach
• 1/2 red onion
• 200 g cherry tomatoes
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 cm ginger
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2 cloves
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tbsp olive oil
