Hi,

How do you make a healthy strawberry mousse? Well, just with egg white and strawberries ! This fluffy strawberry mousse is very tasty and one of the healthiest desserts I know. Ingredients (4 glasses)

• 1 tbsp of icing sugar (optional)
• 250 g of strawberries
• 1 egg white
