Easy chicken stir fry with lots of vegetables and noodles

Hi,
A healthy and super-tasty wok dish or stir fry with chicken cubes, mushrooms, red bell pepper, leek, carrots, onions, bean sprout and noodles. Wok dishes are simple to prepare, healthy and can be put on the table in no time. Ideal if there is not much time to cook or if you do not feel like cooking. In the original recipe they used sweet and sour sauce, which I like but my husband does not, so I used soy sauce. Ingredients (2p)
  • 500 g of chicken cubes
  • 200 g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 400 g of wok mix : red bell pepper, leek, carrots, onions and bean sprouts
  • 125 g of noodles
  • olive oil
  • chicken spices
  • soy sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
