Juicy pork in honey marinade

Hi,
The honey marinade gives these juicy pork chops so much flavour and turns them into something spectacular. It means that these pork chops will have a perfectly caramelized surface. Grill them hot and fast, but don't overcook.
Ingredients (serves 2)
Full recipe
Start making the marinade.
Take a big bowl and combine 3 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of paprika powder, the juice of half a lemon, pepper and salt.
Add the pork chops and let them marinate (best is 2 hours but less is also ok).
Put a pan on medium high heat and bake the pork chops 2 minutes on 1 side.
Flip them and bake 2 minutes on the other side.
Remove from the pan.
Add some water to the leftover marinade and pour into the pan.
Season with pepper and salt.
Add some saucebinder and let the gravy thicken for a while.
I served it with warm tomatoes* and boiled potatoes
(* I only added some olive oil to the chopped tomatoes, seasoned them with salt and pepper and warmed them a couple of minutes in the microwave).
