Chocolate muffins

Hi,

Inspired by one of my Youtube friends, I made these delicious chocolate muffins or cupcakes. Ingredients (serves 11)

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 package of vanilla sugar
• 1 cup of sunflower oil
• 1 cup and 1/4 of milk
• 2 cups and 1/2 of sifted flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp of baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• small lumps of chocolate

Full recipe :

1. Pre-heat the oven (180°C).
   Break 2 eggs in a big bowl and add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
   Mix.
2. Add the sunflower oil and mix.
3. Add the milk, the flour, the cocoa powder, the baking powder and the salt.
   Combine everything and mix.
4. Add the lumps of chocolate and combine well.
5. Spoon the batter into muffin molds.
6. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
