Healthy breakfast with oatmeal, apple and cinnamon

A breakfast should be something you can look forward to during these dark days, in order to be able to get out of bed and defy the cold. That's what I think anyway ! Cold breakfasts such as yogurt and smoothie bowls are very nice in the summer, but in the winter I need something hot. These breakfast soufflés are perfect for that! With only 5 ingredients - each of which is good for you - you make the dough in 2 minutes and after 20-25 minutes in the oven (take a shower, check your e-mails, hug your cat, ...) you're wonderful decadent breakfast is ready. Enjoy this nutritious and delicious breakfast with oatmeal, apple and cinnamon and you're ready to handle the day, believe me! Thanks to "kokerellen.be" for the inspiration !!

Ingredients (serves 2) :

  • 60g of oatmeal
  • 2 whisked eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple
How to make it :
  1. Dice the apple in small pieces
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bow and combine
  3. I added a little bit of sugar
  4. Transfer the mixture in 2 greased soufflé dishes (8-10 cm)
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180°C) for 20-25 minutes
