Easy yeast dinner rolls recipe

Yeast rolls seem like they terrify way too many people. Are you one of them? Or maybe you’ve been searching for the softest, most flavorful easy yeast rolls ? Follow these steps to make delicious, easy yeast dinner rolls ! Thanks to American Tadka Kitchen for the inspiration !! Ingredients (17 yeast rolls) :
  • 1, 1/3 cup of lukewarm water 
  • 1 tsp of sugar 
  • 2 packets of ActiveDry yeast 
  • 4 cups of all-purpose flour 
  • 1 tsp of salt 
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar 
  • 1 egg 
  • 5 tbsp of melted butter
How to make it :
  1. Take 1, 1/3 of lukewarm milk and add 1 tsp of sugar and 2 packets of ActiveDry yeats.
    Mix to combine and let rest for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Take 4 cups of all-purpose flour.
    Add 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. Add 1 egg and give it another little mix.
  4. Pour in the ActiveDry yeast and start mixing.
    Add 5 tbsp of melted butter and mix for 5 minutes.
    It's finished when the dough comes together.
  5. Place the dough into a greased bowl.
    Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm space for 1 hour.
  6. After 1 hour, push down the dough and loosen from the bowl.
  7. Form into balls. I made 17 and place them in a greased oven dish.
    Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 35 minutes.
  8. After 35 minutes, they should have doubled in size.
  9. Now bake them in a pre-heated oven (220°C - 400°F) for 20-22 minutes.
  10. When done, brush the tops with melted butter and let cool down.
  11. Enjoy !!
