The best tuna wraps with a creamy garlic sauce

For me, there is nothing better than a simple sandwich or wrap that´s healthy, has a ton of flavor and is ready in minutes. This is the ideal food for a quick lunch !! I want to thank Albert, from Spain on a fork, for the inspiration !
Ingredients (2 wraps) :
FOR THE CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE 1/4 cup mayonnaise or hummus 1 tbsp (oat) milk 1 clove garlic juice of 1/2 lemon pinch sea salt pinch black pepper FOR THE FILLING 2 cans tuna 1 tomato 1/2 red onion 1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika 1 avocado 1 alfalfa sprouts EXTRAS 2 large flour tortillas
How to make it :
To make the creamy garlic sauce add a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (plain hummus) into a bowl, also add a generous tablespoon of (oat) milk, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, shred in 1 clove of garlic and lightly season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, whisk it together until you form a creamy sauce
Drain 2 tins of tuna into a sieve with a bowl underneath and mix the tuna around to release all the oils, then transfer the tuna into a large bowl, finely dice 1/2 of a red onion and add to the tuna, dice up 1 tomato and add to the bowl as well, season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper and mix together until well combined
Heat up a couple of large flour tortillas and then evenly divide the tuna mixture into the tortillas, add some slices of avocado on top of the tuna mixture, season the avocado slices with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then drizzle in a generous helping of the creamy garlic sauce, sprinkle some smoked paprika over the sauce and top of each wrap with some alfalfa sprouts, tightly roll each tortilla and serve, enjoy!
