The weather is good, so BBQ time !
This time I made lamb shanks with garlic butter stuffed mushrooms.

Ingredients

• 2 marinated lamb shanks
• 10 big mushrooms
• butter
• 3 cloves of garlic
• olive oil
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
