It is the season of the strawberries !
I made a very delicious and light dessert : mascarpone with strawberries!

Ingredients

• 250 g strawberries
• 150 g mascarpone
• 200 ml whippable cream
• 50 g icing sugar
• blueberries
• crunched biscuits (speculaas)
• fresh mint leaves
